The Occupational Training Center's (OTC) mission is to assist adults with disabilities in reaching their maximum potential. The OTC proudly offers diversified programming, including job training and job placement programs, day programs and residential services.
Their vocational programs assess the skills and goals of each individual to find the best job placement. Program participants are offered vocational counseling, ongoing support and regular follow-up meetings to ensure worker satisfaction and success. Opportunities include recycling operations, benchwork assembly, food services, janitorial and supported employment.
Their day programs enrich the lives of clients by providing programming designed to develop and enhance problem-solving skills, social skills and daily living skills.
The OTC strives to create tailored programs that meet the needs and goals of each individual. Their program participants and staff collaborate in person-centered decision making to determine the best options. By creating an environment of choice, they encourage growth by providing opportunities.
