Suburban Family will regularly be highlighting the people who are going above and beyond while serving on the front lines during this pandemic. This month, we’re featuring:
Stacy Gibson, ADC, CDP
Director of Partnership Development
Artis Senior Living
In this current pandemic, heroes have come in many different shapes, sizes and professions. At Artis Senior Living of Evesham, a memory care specific assisted living community, each associate has been a hero in recent months, with one in particular truly rising above and beyond. That hero is Stacy Gibson. Gibson is the director of the Artis Way Experience, the person who knows the details of each resident’s profile, and the bridge that ensures connection between the residents, their loved ones and associates. During these past months, Gibson’s role has become even more important as she acted as an essential link between families and their loved ones. Day after day she schedules and completes numerous virtual calls to be sure the residents get the much-needed face time and connection with their loved ones. Gibson, knowing the importance of social interaction for the residents, is now evolving these connections into socially distanced, in-person visits. She exemplifies Artis’ core values, one of which is respecting and maintaining relationships, in the hard work and dedication that she has shown throughout this pandemic. Her integrity and passion have allowed residents the ability to have a voice, and to thrive during these ever-changing and uncertain times.
