Appel Farm Arts & Music Center
In 1960, guided by curiosity and grounded in humor and hard work, Albert and Clare Appel transitioned their 176-acre farm into a thriving summer community focused on young people’s raw talent and emergent curiosity: Appel Farm Arts Camp was born; Appel Farm Arts & Music Center was later incorporated in 1978 as a non-profit charitable and educational organization. Today, Appel Farm and its professional staff strive to co-create transformative arts and learning experiences that inspire people to unleash their inherent creativity, leading to self-discovery, personal growth, community building and joy, all while raising the bar as South Jersey’s arts education leader. Now in its seventh decade, Appel Farm is a multidisciplinary arts center serving audiences, artists and students through programs on site, in local schools and around the community. Its range of offerings include an overnight summer arts camp for children 8-16 and overnight experiences for families in the spring and fall. Year-round programming includes: arts residencies and professional development for schools and educators; free all-ages arts lab classes hosted by partner locations; on-site, no-cost community festivals; and collaborations with regional and statewide youth arts programs including Poetry Out Loud, Teen Arts, Scholastic Art Awards and collaborations with local service organizations. Every program builds on the Appels’ founding principles, providing opportunities for arts education, arts appreciation and creative expression to more than 32,000 people annually.

Kazmierski Orthodontics
A New Jersey native, Dr. Erin Kazmierski-Furno graduated from Shawnee High School, Seton Hall University and earned her D.M.D. from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. She followed in her father’s footsteps and obtained her certificate in orthodontics and a master of dental science from the University of Connecticut.

At age seven Dr. Erin wanted to be a doctor “when she grew up.” During her college summer breaks, she worked with her dad, and it was then she realized orthodontics was the career path for her. She watched the relationship Dr. Kaz formed with his patients during monthly visits and saw the results (their beautiful smiles) and knew she wanted to be an or- thodontist.

Kazmierski Orthodontics is a family-run practice with over 35 years of experience. Patients are treated with the latest technology at an affordable price. Each patient’s treatment plan is specialized to their individual needs, bite, profile and aesthetics. There is no cookie- cutter approach at this office. Their excellent results and reputation speak for themselves.

Kazmierski Orthodontics ALWAYS supports children in education, the arts and athletics. You can see their name and logo on banners, playbills and on the back of sports jerseys. The doctors are honored to support the community and give back to the people who have been their loyal supporters for years.

Dr. Erin lives in her hometown of Medford Lakes with her husband John, daughter Blakely.

Concord Pet Foods & Supplies
Concord Pet Foods & Supplies got its start 42 years ago. While looking for a way to feed the family’s horses, Larry Mutschler decided to begin selling horse feed out of a trailer, which led him to selling other domesticated animal feed, as well. Eventually, the business progressed until it was time for Mutschler to open a 1,000-square-foot shed in Wilmington, Delaware.

Today, Mutschler still owns the family-run business, which has expanded to the second generation with his son Larry Jr. and daughter Lindsay joining him at the helm. But that family feeling of trust extends to the rest of the team, too, as the various locations’ managers are allowed to run the stores as if they were their own, and have the ability to adjust their in-stock products based on the specific demographics of their location.

Customers, too, are served with all the warmth and compassion befitting family, as every Concord Pet employee is well-versed on quality nutrition and can answer most questions regarding what will work best for each individual pet. That knowledgeable, hand-picked staff is always available to talk, listen and help you figure out what will be the best choice for your pet—after all, they’re trained several times a year to make sure they know how to accurately answer a wide range of customers’ questions.
