Six Things Paul VI Wants to Say

by Staff

A blank wall is a masterpiece waiting to happen.
The halls will gleam a little more than usual in September, thanks to a fresh coat of paint. More than a refresh, these stretches of “alabaster” enable Paul VI to continue its tradition of featuring wall murals designed by its talented student artists.

Service never sleeps.
The Paul VI freshmen and sophomores will step up their service commitment a notch by joining the upperclassmen in the school’s formal service program. Always invited to serve, the younger Paul VI students will now contribute additional hours to the school’s already impressive annual tally of approximately 12,500 service hours.

Let’s show those April showers who’s boss.
Home games will be a lot homier for the Paul VI softball team, whose home field has been upgraded with brand new dugouts. One less “good hair day” issue for a team who rocks the hats and batting helmets!

We don’t mind having THESE blues.
Last year’s stadium upgrades—the new turf surface and scoreboard—called for a renovation of the snack bar and press box exteriors. This fall, fans will see their favorite spots sporting siding and paint in a winning shade of “Pacific Blue.”

Tech is round-the-clock.
Fob system for keyless internal security? Complete! Classroom phase of LED light installation? Finished! Educational tech upgrades with projectors and promethean boards for different teaching styles? Done! Phase one of the school network upgrade—access points, switches, firewall? We’ve got it covered! Paul VI continues to help its Eagles navigate swiftly and securely from a tech-rich foundation.

It’s still okay to ask for directions.
Known for its unique (i.e. logistically challenging) floorplan, the W-shaped Paul VI layout will be simplified for newcomers and alumni alike with stylish new interior signage. You can never have enough “Pacific Blue.”
