Brindisi Builders are building your dreams one step at a time.
Construction projects are never taken lightly by homeowners. When dealing with such a serious financial and personal commitment, a homeowner should expect a certain level of response from the builders they choose. With more than 35 years of award-winning service under their belts, Brindisi Builders provides a dedicated and focused service to the South Jersey area that keeps customers coming back.
Brindisi is a family-owned and operated business that services the entire tri-state area. With experience in home and commercial construction, Brindisi has the expertise needed to tackle small-scale and larger construction projects. From kitchen remodeling to entirely new additions, Brindisi has the tools to help avoid the typical mess that comes with home construction.
Home renovation and construction is a decision that impacts all aspects of your home. A big project can shut down parts of a house entirely during the duration of construction, but it doesn’t have to shut down your life. “We try to minimize the mess from renovations,” says Brindisi Builders President Mike Brindisi.
Oftentimes the dust and debris from one project tends to spread, turning your entire home into a work zone. Avoiding the discomfort and the danger of project debris is one of the many steps the Brindisi team takes when ensuring a satisfied client. Brindisi takes special care to provide a safe and sound environment for family members undergoing a building project. During any construction project, crew members clean up any workspace on a daily basis and lay down carpet protector throughout any areas that might involve building traffic.
“We want to maintain the balance of the home, try to isolate the area of work away from the home, and keep dirt from the project away from the rest of the structure,” he says.
When in the process of renovations or additions, it helps to know what is happening in your own home. Turning your house into a dream home should be an exciting experience, not one riddled with uncertainty and confusion. Brindisi makes it a point to keep clients in a constant conversation, scheduling meetings and walkthroughs throughout the building process to learn how your new space is evolving. Brindisi gives their clients the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of their home.
“We keep the lines of communication constantly open and make sure the client knows what is happening on a daily basis,” Brindisi says. Each home is assigned a director of operations who devotes their time almost entirely to the client. Steve Brindisi, the manager of field operations, is also available to speak with at all times, and Mike Brindisi makes it a point to be available whenever needed. Inspections, material, product information: all is available, ensuring you never have an unanswered question when it comes to your home.
“I’m always ready to communicate the process and make sure the client knows exactly what is going on,” Brindisi says. “You’re constantly talking to someone.”
And although your project may be finished, Brindisi’s work doesn’t wrap up just yet. The company offers a total warranty on all workmanship for two years and a five-year warranty on all direct structural work. One call and your problems are solved.
With a noteworthy list of awards and accomplishments under their belt, Brindisi Builders continues to impress clients and companies alike. Most recently, Brindisi was awarded the 2011 Best of Marlton Award in the B2B Contractors category from the U.S. Commerce Association, an organization promoting local businesses.
Also impressive is their 2011 Super Service Award from AngiesList.com. Angie’s List is a consumer-run website that rates contractors and doctors based entirely off of member reports from the more than two million users that frequent the site. Brindisi Builders was awarded for their consistently positive reviews and ratings, being selected out of the five percent of national companies eligible. Brindisi believes his company’s dedication to customer service helped earn this award.
“We’re dedicated to being completely honest and straightforward with the client,” says Brindisi. “We’re maintaining a very good relationship with the client and trying to impact their lives.”
